Emma

LMSW, Mental Health Therapist

Emma Anderson, LMSW, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Pennsylvania Western University. As a licensed master social worker, she specializes in addressing mental health challenges and addiction issues, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

 

Emma brings a diverse range of experiences to her practice, having worked with individuals dealing with domestic violence, legal stressors, and a spectrum of mental and behavioral health concerns. She is dedicated to supporting both youth and adults in achieving their fullest potential and leading fulfilling lives. In her therapeutic approach, Emma employs a variety of evidence-based strategies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, and positive psychology. She is passionate about helping clients build positive self-identity, self-esteem, and self-worth as a foundation for overcoming obstacles and achieving personal growth.

 

Outside of her professional work, Emma enjoys fly fishing with her husband, bird watching, and spending time with her rambunctious twelve-pound cockapoo, Beanie
