Alexis Ladner

Originally from Boston Massachusetts, Alexis graduated from Assumption College with a degree in Human Services and Rehabilitation Studies. From there she spent four years working as a Social Worker for the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families. During this time Alexis gained the experience of working with a diverse population including at - risk youth and families. Alexis worked as Noble Intents Community Based Services Supervisor for two and a half years overseeing a team of CBRS, CM, and TCC providers. Alexis has since moved on from that position to complete her clinical internship and has taken over Noble Intents community outreach and marketing. 

 

Alexis is currently completing her Masters in Social Work at Northwest Nazarene University. This program has taught her value of connections and being able to form a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.  Alexis is excited to be applying the new skills she has learned in this program and be able to work with kids, teens. adults and families to build upon their already existing strengths and help them reach their therapeutic and personal goals. While in her internship Alexis is under the direct supervision of Jena Schildhauer, LCSW. 

Alexis loves to implement wellness and self care  for herself through hot yoga and journaling on almost a daily basis. In her free time Alexis loves to be outside exploring Idaho looking for the best scenic views and spots to watch the sunset.
