Alyssa Kuttler

Alyssa graduated from the University of Idaho with a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. Though she is new to the field, she is looking forward to gaining experience and helping others along the way.  

Enabling others to live fulfilling and happy lives is her ultimate goal, and giving people the tools and a foundation to succeed is something that brings her joy. She believes in the power of the breath and movement, and how they can both impact the mind.  

Alyssa enjoys being in the outdoors, yoga, reading, hiking, spending time with her friends and family, being in the gym, and playing with her dogs. Her happy place is in the mountains or by the ocean – or really anywhere peaceful and relaxing.
