If you do not have insurance coverage, Noble Intent offers private pay rates.

Payment: 

Cash, check, and all major credit cards accepted for payments. 

 

Insurance: 

Service may be covered by your health insurance or employee benefit plans. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions: 

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits? 

• Does my plan reimbured for out of network providers? 

• What is my deductible and has it been met? 

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover? 

• Waht is the coverage amount per therapy session?

 

Cancellation Policy: 

Late Cancellations and No Show Policy: Two (2) missed appointments or late cancles with less than 24 hour notice may result in termination of care in our clinic. Missed appointments and late cancellations are charged a fee of $125 per visit.
